Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused or only gently used.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that have been significantly used, damaged by misuse, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service by email at csdaimaru@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at  +62 811 8191116.
  2. Provide your order number, full name, and the reason for your return.
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  5. Ship the item to the return address provided by our Customer Service team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your order included a free gift or promotional item, it must also be returned to qualify for a full refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will offer one of the following, depending on availability:

  • A replacement item.
  • A full refund.
  • Store credit.

There will be no additional shipping charges for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless required by applicable law).
  • Products that have been significantly used or altered after delivery.

Exchanges

We currently accept exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

If you wish to exchange a product for another variant, size, or color, please contact our Customer Service. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as Daimaru Official Store is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Processing Time

After your returned package arrives at our warehouse:

  • Inspection: 2–5 business days
  • Refund processing: 7–14 business days
  • Exchange processing (if applicable): 7–14 business days, subject to stock availability.

Limitation of Returns

Daimaru Official Store reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Do not meet the return requirements.
  • Show signs of excessive use or damage not caused during delivery.
  • Are returned outside the eligible return period.
  • Are suspected of misuse, fraud, or abuse of our return policy.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
