Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following shipping options:
Standard Delivery (JNE)
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Jakarta using JNE.
Shipping Fee Promotion
Enjoy IDR 10,000 OFF your shipping cost on purchases of IDR 50,000 or more. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination and courier operations.

Same-Day Delivery (GrabExpress & GoSend)
For selected areas in Jakarta and surrounding cities, we offer GrabExpress and GoSend for faster delivery.
Availability depends on your delivery address and courier service coverage.
Orders placed during business hours may qualify for same-day delivery.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (WIB) are generally processed on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (WIB) will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number (for JNE shipments).
Order Tracking
All JNE shipments include a tracking number.
You can monitor your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or through the official JNE tracking website.
For GrabExpress and GoSend deliveries, tracking information will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates only.
Unexpected delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays
- Extreme weather conditions
- Courier operational delays
- Natural disasters
- High order volumes
